The arrival of the Forza Horizon 6 Season 2 Update marks one of the most significant post-launch patches the game has received so far, introducing sweeping adjustments to gameplay balance, progression systems, AI behavior, and technical performance. Released globally on June 15, 2026, across Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Steam, this update carries version 375.327 and delivers more than thirty individual fixes and Forza Horizon 6 Modded Accounts improvements aimed at refining both competitive and casual play.

One of the most impactful changes in this update centers on Horizon Play progression and XP scaling. Prior to Season 2, players had reported inconsistent leveling progression, especially in the mid-to-late game grind between levels 25 and 100. The new patch rebalances XP distribution, significantly accelerating progression for higher-level players. In fact, players above level 25 now experience faster leveling curves, while those already at level 32 are automatically boosted to level 100, instantly unlocking associated rewards and the “Maxed Out” achievement. This adjustment fundamentally reshapes endgame progression, reducing what previously required extensive grinding into a far more streamlined experience.

Another major gameplay refinement comes in the form of AI and Drivatar improvements. The update fixes an issue where race start behavior was inconsistent, sometimes causing unfair early-race positioning. In addition, overall difficulty balancing has been adjusted to create smoother and more predictable opponent performance across all event types. These changes aim to make both solo and multiplayer races feel more consistent, particularly in high-difficulty Festival Playlist events.

On the technical side, the update includes broad performance and stability improvements, addressing several long-standing issues reported by the community. One such fix resolves an issue where launching the game after Benchmark Mode would result in extended load times. This contributes to a more stable startup experience across all platforms.

Audio improvements also play a key role in this patch. Players on lower-end hardware or using reduced audio quality settings will notice optimized performance and fewer instances of audio distortion or crackling. These adjustments ensure a more consistent soundscape regardless of system configuration, particularly in dense environments such as urban race zones or rain-heavy weather conditions.

The update also includes multiple fixes related to leaderboards and competitive tracking systems. Previously, convoy leaderboards occasionally displayed incorrect drivetrain information or failed to properly sync race times for all participants. These issues have now been corrected, improving fairness and accuracy in competitive rankings.

Additionally, minor but notable fixes include badge progression corrections—such as resolving issues where certain achievements only progressed under specific event conditions—and UI consistency improvements in leaderboard displays.

Overall, the Season 2 Update represents a foundational refinement of Forza Horizon 6, not through new content additions but cheap Forza Horizon 6 Credits through deep systemic tuning. By addressing progression pacing, AI fairness, and technical stability simultaneously, this patch significantly improves the long-term playability of the game and sets the stage for the upcoming Summer Festival Playlist rollout later in the season.
