The wait is officially over. The Grow a Garden Campfire Part 4 Update has finally dropped, bringing the final phase of the massive Summer Camp Event. If you have been grinding through the earlier phases, this is the grand finale we have all been waiting for. This final update introduces an entirely new quest system, an exclusive master collection, and some seriously powerful endgame rewards.
Let's dive straight into what's new and how you can make the most of it.
Part 4 Core Features Breakdown1. Camp Ranger NPC & Hourly Quests
There is a brand new friendly face on the event platform: the Camp Ranger NPC. He is here to give you some work to do, offering three quests at a time divided by difficulty: one Easy, one Medium, and one Hard.
  • The Reward Cycle: Completing these isn't just for fun. Once you wrap up all three quests, you get to choose a premium reward: a Campfire Crate, a Campfire Seed Pack, or an Area Claimer.
  • The Timer: The best part? These quests refresh every single hour. If you are looking to grind out premium packs, you can keep coming back all day long.

2. The Campfire Collection (Free Shovel Skin)
For the completionists out there, a permanent checklist of over 20 event items has been added to the game. To fill it out, you will need to track down 11 specific seeds, 5 pets, and 6 event cosmetics.
  • The Unlock Requirement: Don't stress about a perfect run—you do not need 100% completion. Reaching just 80% completion of the Campfire Collection unlocks the exclusive Campfire Shovel Skin.
  • Why It Matters: The community is already celebrating this one. It is officially the first completely free-to-play shovel skin in the game's history.

3. Season Pass 6 & New Plants
Season Pass 6 goes live right alongside Part 4, which means a massive haul of new crops has entered the rotation. Get ready to clear some space in your plots for these new additions:
  • Vault Lily & Queen Fruit
  • Poly Pee Sprout & Chroma Orb
  • Geor Root, Storm Bulb, Vile Puff, and Flame Bud

4. Brand New Legendary & Prismatic Pets
Four highly anticipated pets have dropped, and they aren't just for show. Each one comes with distinct utility buffs to help your gardening efficiency:
  • Thunderbird (Prismatic): This is the ultimate headline reward of the Season 6 Pass. It is specifically engineered to radically accelerate your pet progression and spread valuable mutations across your plots.
  • Kierin: If you hate slow walking, you will love this. It grants "Lightning Dash" powers every 8 minutes, boosting your movement speed by 50% for fast map traversal.
  • Electric Eel: This one brings a fun high-risk, high-reward mechanic. Every 10 minutes, it zaps a pet to remove its current buffs. When it does, there is a 10% chance to level that pet up by +1. Just be careful—there is also a risk it penalizes the pet by -2 levels in exchange for a massive passive boost.
  • Canary: Perfect for passive automation. Every 12 minutes, it speeds up a random plant's growth by 10 seconds. Its effectiveness stacks, meaning it is designed for players who want to run a full team of Canaries.

What’s Next: How to Prepare Your Garden
Because the Campfire event features a shared server mechanic where players must burn high-rarity fruits to keep the "Super Fire" Tier 5 crafting boost alive (which gives a massive 500% speed multiplier), optimizing your pipeline is crucial. You don't want to waste your rare resources if you can help it.
Here is a quick strategy guide on how to focus your efforts:
Strategy FocusOptimal MethodTarget Outcome
Ember FarmingPlant fast-growing, heavy, multi-harvest fruits like Coconuts or Sugar Apples.Rapidly fuels the center fire to keep it at Tier 5 without draining your rare stash.
Seed Pack GrindingSubmit mutated plants to Bearnaby using Asteris or Pomegranates.Guarantees rapid Campfire Seed Pack drops to keep your inventory loaded.
Mutation SetupsPair the Mimic Octopus with a Firefly (Shocked) or Polar Bear (Chilled).Spreads the required mutations across your fields to easily finish the 80% collection goal.
Server StrategyDon't go at it alone. Server-hop to find active, populated public servers.Saves your raw materials by sharing the fuel burden with other active gardeners.
Get out there, meet the Camp Ranger, and start working toward that free shovel skin. Happy gardening!
